Sadly the majority of the nation did not vote for trump unless you listen to the orange buffoon who insist they did. Trump had 77,284,118 votes, or 49.8 percent of the votes cast. Harris had 74,999,166 votes or 48.3 percent of the votes cast. Voter turnout in 2024 was 63.9 percent.150 million Americans voted for the two parties or smaller ones. Close to 90 million did not vote at all. So in a way they voted for trump.

@deFractal @juliewebgirl

We found for parties the fire extinguisher was a good delivery system. And figured the ratio fairly fast to avoid marking everything. For large areas a venteri designed into a cordless leaf blower works. Either one can blow the colorants, the leaf blower can also distribute micas and glitters that would jam the valve in the extinguisher. Learned that the hard way.

Buteric acid is nasty stuff!
Long time ago a friend and I shuck into our high school before opening time and hid little pieces of paper that had a few drops of that into the ventilation system.

The whole school smelled like vomit so after about 15 minutes they let everyone go for the day. The school senior skip day that they threatened to suspend anyone for was extended to the whole school. They never did figure out who did it.

Hypothetically if I wish to mark something . They make cosmetic safe colorants. I have used them before when we helped with gender reveal parties. We would mix them at the ratio of 1 teaspoon per pound of baking soda and load them into a dry chemical fire extinguisher that had been modified to allow us to fill it with air ourselves.

1 teaspoon per Lb just colored the air. 1 tablespoon per pound or more colors anything the powder touches. Do not use cornstarch or other powders for this as they can become explosive.

This would be a good color.

You must have the advantage of younger eyes. I find smd devices difficult without magnification. Soldering them individually almost impossible.

On devices with lots of legs I have had luck.You can either superglue the device to the board or tack one lead down. On things like 0603 or 0805 resistors forget it. I have chased them around the board to many times.

Worse was my initial attempts with a Chinese hotair rework station. Repaired all the problems it had then proceeded to blow the tiny parts around.

Bought one of those 300 watt PTC heaters they advertise can just be plugged in and used. It worked but cooked chips if you did not pull them off as soon as you noticed the solder paste melting.

Designed a PID controller for it and now it is usable. Mine is small about 120x70mm so no large boards. Want to design an oven eventually so double sided can be worked. I have done a few like the battery switch for our eBkes but those were easy as the mosfets for the other side were larger.

@petejohanson @oshpark @zephyr

Impressive! How was it soldered. It looks single sided so hot plate? I built a small PID controlled PTC hotplate which works. Have not tried much larger than what you show so far with it.

It works better than the attempts with a hot air rework station did. I'm slowly moving over to SMD since the older stuff is becoming hard to get and forget microcontrollers and microprocessors.

And fun to sprinkle from the box on the Christmas tree as snow. Imagine snow on a tree in S Florida! Luckily we were Jewish so only the neighbors got to do that.

But you don't understand the logic behind their madness For instance Zuckerberg whose name translates to sugar mountain is the origin for the tale of Big Rock Candy mountains.

One pines for the drop of sweat that the Zuck might drop.In the hope that this tiny morsel of liquid goodness might propel their own fortunes to not flop.

Cause in the Big Rock candy mountains,
All the ICE agents got wooden legs.
And The jails are made of tin
And you can walk right out again
As soon as you are in

So be grateful for the future goodness this will cause for all as the trinkle down happens.

@VTDARKSIM

They did that to me with a spinal injection to lower inflammation. After it was discovered during one of the required before they do anything else therapy sessions that turning my head to the left and tilting my head forwards caused instant lost of control and sensation in my left arm. I asked what was in it and was told a painkiller and it helped with the pain and lowered inflammation. No mention of a steroid even when I asked and told them I do not react well to them.
It did a little bit but wow did it jack my readings up! Armed with the actual treatment found it was loaded with Corticosteroids. So I refused further treatments and eventually had to have 2 vertebra fused.

Which is why the nerb can't turn his head far to the left while driving. So I ended up buying a vehicle with lane warnings and other nag features.

It was a vehicle accident that cause the problem. A lady t-boned me when she ran a stop sign Noticed a couple years later that spot now has a traffic light.

@molly0xfff it's sort of an Amélie Poulain-esque impossibility but i wish it could be calculated how much downward vs upward wealth distribution crypto has accomplished in the past ~15 years. my guess is that the ratio would be skewed staggeringly upward.
@molly0xfff What's the law to the filthy rich? They run our open-air prison, write the laws, choose the law enforcement, and bought the Supreme Court. We get to wave flags and enjoy tear gas with a side of beatings as people are grabbed off the street by masked thugs we are not allowed to question. I'm not sure any of this will ever matter. If it does, by then, Trump will be dead, and JD Vance will be Emperor of the World.
@molly0xfff What’s really galling is how cheaply the Trump administration sold out in many of these cases.

@molly0xfff

Getting everything in place for the great dollar collapse thats planed for the end of his tenure.

@molly0xfff
I was truly baffled by how much the US system allows money to taint every aspect of government...and then came the perfect marriage of Crypto and Trump, turbocharging it.
Unlimited campaign contributions paired with short cycles of allways ON campaign.
Lobbying wich is already a quid pro quo, hyper charged.
Plus all that happens under the radar.
In a sane, democratic country you go to jail for any of this, but is legal-ish in the US.
This does not end well.
@molly0xfff Wow some amazing work putting this together. This needs to be bigger news so obvious the level of corruption going on.
@molly0xfff What can we do about it?
