Company: sends out company-wide email stating how important it is for everyone to keep their calendars current and to block out times of unavailability to help with scheduling.

Company leadership then schedules meetings with individuals that are in direct conflict with the lone blocked out time on the calendar that day.

It’s minor but it just pisses me off.
