Hi #fediverse. We need to talk about something.

While talking to a colleague about how I recently learned most people have never sat on a crow it came up that she has never been sat on by a cat. Like, not even once during childhood.

Another colleague admitted they also have never been sat on by a cat.

My hypothesis is that most people have at one point in their life sat on by a cat.

Have you ever been sat on by a cat?

@pamela I had a co-worker who said at one point with some music service she liked Dragostea Din Tei, and then just got served an incessant stream of alternate versions and remixes.

Youtube does eventually drop things out of recommended rotation for me if I ignore them for long enough ... but emphasis on the "eventually".

Rolled the credits. Depending on perspective, there's either a lengthy postgame or possibly much of the game left to do, if I desire. Still satisfying, though some of the remaining stuff seems like it's more tedious than what's come before.
I'm about 20 days in to Blue Prince. Game seems pretty good so far.
@pamela I can't tell whether this is more "you gotta fight for your right" or "dare to be stupid".
@Viss hey, 48.6, it's good to have you back again ... wait, that's not how that usually goes
@ami_angelwings You wouldn't download a cat

lolsob. Developer attempts to replicate liquid glass in CSS and in the process accidentally discovers a novel and rather serious browser vulnerability

A novel and powerful twist on an old classic.

i don't think comparing website size to the apollo guidance computer program memory size is fair or meaningful

the AGC was doing trajectory calculations (something that is quite easy to build a computer for).

the website is putting raster images on a high-resolution screen (something that is significantly harder to build a computer for, and also not a concern whatsoever for people going to the moon in the 70s).
