The London Borough of Newham has the largest homepage of any UK council. It is currently over 22MB. I've tried using their contact form to tell them what they can do, but not heard back. I've made a breakdown of their homepage at https://open-innovations.github.io/council-website-emissions/areas/E09000025.html with tips for them. Does anyone on here happen to know the web team at Newham and could ask them to optimise images?

@slowe Just to update you/let you know, the council has committed to discuss the issue with the ICT team and platform developer. Would be great if you could let me know if you notice the issue getting better!
