I spent two evenings with Sleep Token (warming up to it), painted my website black, added a selfie to the main page, rewrote JS image scaling in CSS, and made various tweaks. Turns out, in the last 15 years or so, CSS got quite expressive with `var()`, `calc()`, `min()`, `max()`, etc. Music nowadays has more features too.
Is this how the scribes felt? When the printing press was being adopted…
