Happy Birthday to Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett. Here's a video of him talking about the famous Gibson Les Paul 'Greeny' guitar he owns. It originally belonged to the legendary Peter Green and can be heard on many of the early Fleetwood Mac records. In 1970 the Northern Irish guitarist Gary Moore bought it and he would use the guitar during his stint in Thin Lizzy.

It's just been announced that Public Image Ltd's former guitarist Keith Levene has sadly passed away. Keith was in the classic line-up with John Lydon and Jah Wobble that recorded Metal Box. This track is 'Radio 4' and features Keith on guitar, bass synthesizers and drums.
