@isaki @overcastfm Bumping this. Still not working after 4-5 months. Is this issue even on your radar? I might be an outlier but can't re-up subscription before this makes Overcast usable again for me
@overcastfm Thank you! But will keep repeating that the functionality to start playing the next episode in a list/queue by clicking the play button on a remote (earphones/buds) still is broken and makes the app personally hard to use (in fact I've stopped). Just a as a friendly reminder, I'm not the only one.
Isaki@overcastfm The previous version allowed me, once a podcast was finished, to click on EarPods, AirPods and others and the next one started. That doesn’t work in the new version. Is it possible to implement it again? Thank you!

Just want to keep high on your to do list that the next episode (top of playlist or next in playlist as per nitpick) gets ‘loaded’ so that if you have continuous play OFF it is ready to play on AirPod squeeze. At the moment I keep Castro for my night listening which this is great for. But would prefer O’cxst audio features

(Still missing when I have Stop-after turned on, and then hit the play-pause button on my headset... it no longer plays the next episode; I really miss this since it means I have to pull out my phone to play the next one.)
