@viticci re your dual computer setup. I have a similar thing, gaming PC under my desk and iPad / laptop I want to connect to my display.

I bought an extension TB4 cable which goes from my gaming PC to just above my desk and my Studio Display cable plugs into that. When I want to connect my laptop/iPad I pull the studio display cable out the extension and plug it directly into it.

It cost £25.

@caseyliss FYI John was wrong and you were right. It was a trackpad and not a mouse where CFed had shakey hands on his first appearance.

@siracusa curious if you installed Tahoe on your Intel Mac or the Studio? I tried some of the things you mentioned in my MBP M4 Pro and studio display and couldn’t replicate the things you mentioned briefly.

@atpfm Marco, re your point about Apple investing more in major R&D projects. Isn’t that counter to your point last week about the car and Vision Pro being reasons why Apple are so far behind in AI?

@caseyliss re Siri being slow in CarPlay, I have the same car as you, and whilst I don’t disagree Siri isn’t great, I suspect Siri is slow in your car because of the wireless car play adapter. If I’m plugged in to my car it’s now slow.
