@BrittanyRLeach @academicchatter one thing I like is the assign the paper early and have them do formal peer reviews, then write a memo to turn in with their revised draft. I borrowed the idea from Sara Mitchell on Twitter but have used it for years.

This is HUGE news coming out of MI. CJ McCormick has been an icon of innovation for the MI Supreme Court and State Courts generally. Bolden is a great, and very interesting, choice to replace her and I look forward to seeing where the court goes next under her.
