Annual spike of expenses hit and it totals just over $1100...
also to take zhis spike into account for next year, and guessing for potential increases too, I have to add $100 to my monzhly expenses, which, weirdly enough, would now have been $1100, so... until I can get stable income, my monzhly needs are now:

while I've received enough help (including from an outside source, once) to keep me limping along for a monzh or so, I figure being transparent about what I need to keep going is important here... I will adjust how full zhis bar is if I get paid by some ozher means, but for now, zhis is ze only income I really have
I still haven't been able to find a job despite applying to everything I can find I could commune to, so I am going to need a lot of help over the next few months.

well... here we are.
I calculated out my monzhly expenses and it's, way worse zhan I had hoped. it's cost me about $800/mo to continue existing, and it's starting to hurt. savings at ze middle of ze monzh were basically gone.

A member of my extended family is working on an Android app designed to provide good audio access to Project Gutenberg. To submit it to the Google Play store, he needs at least 20 testers to use the app regularly for 14 days. Testers can be blind or sighted, and both are wanted so their experiences can be compared. I promised to post about it here because blind users and champions of accessibility seem well-represented on the Fediverse, so please spread it around.

Hecate (my car) has a problem zhat could be fairly expensive; I won't know *how* expensive until at least next Zhursday, but I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to pay for it on my own
my *guess* as to how much zhis will cost is $500, going by ze likely part needing replacement, and possible labor costs. but I don't know if it'll be higher zhan zhat.
