I'm not an American, I ask this question with some naivete. Not trying to provoke, just #curious.
Florida has passed laws which prohibit Universities from teaching general courses “with a curriculum based on unproven, theoretical or exploratory content.”
So my questions are. 1) Does this not violate the 1st amendment?
2) Wouldn't this mean that one couldn't teach religion? Isn't religion unproven, theoretical and/or exploratory?
