I have so many questions!!!
Stupid questions alert!!

1. I assume that I can't remove the sd card with the OS
2. if I can't remove this card, can I add other programs to the card? I e.g. Kali
3. The cooler, new, it's not spinning. Does it activates only when needed as opposed to always running?

Will be working today's on personalising Tufty 2040 for my wife's Xmas present.

Another approach is to use nothing on the TV itself, and feed video in from another source entirely.

Edit: updated to include the pixel fingerprinting aspects, where the TV will report a fingerprint of what you're watching regardless of source. Not connecting the TV to the Internet at all looks to be necessary (h/t: @sethsec)
