Released a new version of OpenVitals, open source Android app for exploring Health Connect data locally, without accounts, cloud , ads, or analytics.

It now covers more health areas, including hydration, nutrition, mindfulness, expanded activity data, heart & vitals, and opt-in menstruation cycle tracking. I also added Metric/Imperial unit preferences, better permission handling, improved charts, and a more complete dashboard experience.

Lookin into ways of fighting back the mandatory"you have to do everything with ai" of my current employer I started diagramming and doing all my tought process on pen and paper. Although I find certain utility in AI , I prefer to keep my thinking.

I wanted a simple way to look at my health data on Android and as i do not use google services, google fit was not an option so I built OpenVitals, an open source Android app for browsing Health Connect data on my phone .
