Lawyer, workplace safety advocate and PPE expert, proud Michigander, and love baseball and my Tigers. I'm a political junkie and plan to spend part of my (sort of near) retirement writing FOIA requests and finding a way to advocate against inequality and abuse of power.
Well ACTUALLY Twitter accounts that use public records to track airplane movements are a historically recognized EXCEPTION to the First Amendment, if you actually cared about free speech you'd know that.
Are you getting tired of all these links back to the bird site? (Consider boosting so we can get a sample of opinion.)

Mastodon has changed how I think. Twitter now seems like a server that doesn't want to federate with anyone else, and that everyone else has blacklisted. I'm in awe of how much sense that makes.
Oh good grief. Listen, I’ll try to keep this short but let’s all skip the surprise, it only hacks attention for Musk’s decision. This was obviously coming. There are Facebook lessons here, too. It paves way for Facebook to bring him back in early 2023. Facebook just wants to pretend they’re deliberating. They’re not, just like Musk, they’ve planned their next steps well in advance. /1

Gonna be an exciting Sunday to see whether the World Cup or the DMCA violations crash the birdsite first.
