Adding this -
I’m not saying it’s easy. But it gets us nowhere for people with large platforms to direct anger at Dominion. It makes people feel angry and powerless, and feeds an idea that it’ll all be fine after that next big thing that someone else does.
Instead, I suggest it would be more useful to direct attention to this ⬇️ and spread information on how to advance our joint goals of truth, voter engagement, and democracy, together. Organize. Dominion, or another company, is not a saviour.
If you listen to this audio, it’s pretty clear they’re not joking and I’ve already seen some excuses flying around that they were. They weren’t. No one laughs.
