Wer nicht möchte, dass seine E-Mail-Zugangsdaten inklusive E-Mails an Microsoft abfließen, sollte ein alternatives E-Mail-Programm verwenden. Sofern "Neues Outlook" bereits im Einsatz ist, sollte das Konto gelöscht und anschließend die Zugangsdaten geändert werden. Eine mögliche Alternative: Thunderbird. 👇
We have just released Ulysses 33, which features several much-requested changes:
1) “All” and “Last 7 Days” now include sheets from projects. 👌
2) “Favorites” now also include sheets from projects. 🙌
3) The new keyboard bar on iPhone now re-includes steppers. 🫶

PS: We have fixed that bug where Quick Open would not open a project. Like…. at all. It now opens projects very quickly. “It’s in your name, dummy.”
Das Projekt privacy is sexy stellt verschiedene Skripte zur Verfügung, mit denen nicht nur die Datensammlung von Windows reduziert, sondern auch unnötige Bloatware oder nicht genutzte Dienste deaktiviert werden können. Die Befehle werden kopiert/heruntergeladen und dann über das Windows-Terminal ausgeführt. Bei Bedarf können die Änderungen auch wieder rückgängig gemacht werden. 👇

Apple just updated the support page about iCloud Keychain and removed the part that says when keychain data is deleted from Apple servers. This means if #iOS17, #iPadOS17, or #macOS 14 has turned syncing on without your permission, it's a hassle to make sure data is deleted from #Apple servers.
Our investigation and testing showed that upgrading to Apple's latest operating systems switch iCloud Keychain on without user permission. The number of users experiencing this issue is growing 👇:
Attached: 1 image A small security check: If you're one of the few users who haven't synced their Passwords & Keychain with iCloud and have upgraded to iOS 17, iPadOS 17 or macOS Sonoma, check your iCloud settings and make sure the option to sync "Passwords & Keychain" is off. This case was reproducible in our testing, but some iCloud accounts didn't change the setting. The reason is not clear. If you find that the setting has changed to on, don't panic. Keychain data is end-to-end encrypted. Apple cannot read it.
