Trans activists honestly need to start demanding stuff that’s not in the Overton window. Give me those ideas that should be reality but feel unhinged to even suggest:

HRT over the counter and free
Puberty blockers free at every school nurse
All transition surgeries and hair removal free
Prosecute “conversion therapy” torturers
Strip nonprofit status from any org which refuses to allow trans people to use the correct facilities

🚨 Astronomers have witnessed the dawn of a new solar system!

Using ALMA and JWST they observed the first specks of planet-forming material — hot minerals beginning to solidify around HOPS-315, a baby star 1300 light-years away.

This marks the first time a planetary system has been identified at such an early stage in its formation – a window to the past of our own Solar System.

The image above shows carbon monoxide and silicon monoxide blowing away from the star. Together the ALMA and JWST observations indicate that, in addition to these features, there is also a disc of gaseous silicon monoxide around the star that is condensing into solid silicates – the first stages of planetary formation.
