Printed and painted these "catwalk" platforms, as well as the crater terrain piece. Extremely happy with the results. Saved so much time using a "rust effect" spray from the hardware store.

Playing Five Parsecs From Home. A solo adventure wargame. You run a campaign in which your crew fights different encounters, with a ton of random world building events. This was my 3rd encounter and I got absolutely destroyed, luckily no crew member lost!

It’s funny that once VCs stopped subsidizing their growth, we’ve reinvented the conditions that led to people preferring businesses that leveraged economies of scale like hotels and taxis which AirBnB and Uber were supposed to obsolete.

Hotels don’t charge cleaning fees.

I remember taking an Uber too the airport for half the price of a taxi. Now my wife refuses to take Ubers to the airport because they are too unreliable for such a time sensitive trip and are not even cheaper.

I started with one of the yarns, which turned out to be difficult as it was unbundling itself (green).
The second day I switched to another yarn (white).

I'm struggling with tension and making it look smooth, but I'm pretty happy with the results as this is just my first week crocheting 😁
