I'm a musician involved in a whole list of projects (Happy In Hemet, Bold Villain, Meatbird, midnight welfare, and more in progress).
I'm also a former professional chef/butcher who worked in places like vegan cheese factories all the way to fine dining restaurants with some C list celebrity who lost to Bobby Flay once on TV.
