Did a sketch this weekend of an idea I've been thinking about for a while.
@glassbottommeg oh yea and the big guy's thing where he grabs you had a really small timing window it seems : /
@glassbottommeg yea totally, same. It seems in this that dodging left and right dodges everything except sweeps, which are slightly rare. So once I started doing that I finally felt like I was making progress and feeling good. only saying this in the case that it is unlocks some enjoyment here, but there's a lot of things to turn people away for sure.
@glassbottommeg Im super hooked on this game right now and I think the very non obvious key is using the dodge system, which is where you hold block and then press left stick in a direction. It give you bonuses like parries but is much more forgiving and I think has some iframes. Pressing left and right dodges are the key
We got some really amazing new marketing art for our game Order Automatica by the artist Steven Hancher.
Meanwhile, we've been working on a really big update to the playable browser demo, while moving towards a Steam demo.
