My wife and I went to see a local bluegrass band last night, and such situations always make me think about just how much musicians using "unplugged" instruments reminds me of my craft as a film photographer. Electronics and digital equipment may help us out in a variety of ways, but on a street corner, that mandolin player and me with my rangefinder are equally at home, fully unplugged and joyfully untethered.

The Polaroid 95B, the "Speedliner." A gorgeously designed bit of old tech, it was manufactured from 1957 - 1961. This one is in near mint condition. It's a big, heavy beast that shot instant roll film. Even though instant roll film hasn't been produced for over 30 years, the 95B can be adjusted to shoot regular 120 film and even most of a sheet of 4x5 large format film. It will be fun challenge to use.
