Still working in the tech sector because.... My therapy is collecting stamps - mainly US, France, Great Britain, and Panama. Also a genealogist who found he was sitting on 170 years of thousands of old photographs of all types - vernacular and posed. Now playing around selectively in coins - US, Canada, United Kingdom, and Panama. My faithful assistant is Romeo, the chihuahua, who works for cookies.
hello land dog, i am water dog
I'm trying to get some work done but the #chihuahua does not care, he needs a cookie.

Women weren't allowed into Princeton's graduate astronomy program when Vera Rubin applied in 1948, so she attended Cornell instead.

Her groundbreaking work on galaxy rotation rates provided the first evidence for the existence of dark matter, a seminal breakthrough that led to the creation of a whole new field of astronomy.

Initially criticized for her theories, she was eventually awarded the National Medal of Science.

Moderna is planning to charge $130 for its COVID vaccine, but the vaccine only costs ~$3 to make.

Meanwhile, over the last two years, the company made over $19 billion in profits off the vaccine.

Textbook corporate greed.

Recently The Intercept spun off from First Look Media as an independent newsroom, and so did The Intercept Brasil.

Today The Intercept Brasil just launched its new website! https://www.intercept.com.br/

It may not be a coin, but they did do a 50 pence coin version in 2019. It's my favorite medal.

Nope, I do not see anything that is of real value, but good collection items anyway.

The #chihuahua has told me he is so broke he is forced to eat dog food. I am shocked, I tell you, shocked.
I use stickers of the portly pooch to seal my mail envelopes, even send batches of them to my grandkids. Sometimes use them on my Postcrossing postcards and people from other countries write me back to say hi to the paunchy pup. Romeo now thinks he is a media star and demands more cookies. This batch replaces his pic in a kerchief and cowboy hat.
#chihuahua.
