Välillä tulee kuunneltua radion asiaohjelmia ja katseltua dokumentteja, mutta ikävä kyllä kovin usein joutuu huomaamaan, kuinka nämä ohjelmat ovat paikallaan junnaavia ja informaatiosisällöltään varsin köyhiä suhteessa siihen mitä ne voisi olla.

Yliopisto-opiskelijoilla on nyt post-korona-aikana mahdollisuus suorittaa yhä useampi kurssi itsenäisesti pitkälti sähköpostin välityksellä. Tämä ilmiö yhdistettynä korkeakoulujen paineeseen puskea opiskelijoita ulos ylläpitääkseen rahoitustaan sekä edistää entisestään tutkintoinflaantiota.
On väistämätöntä, että tilastollisesti valmistuvien substanssi- ja sosiaalinen osaaminen heikkenevät.

Hallitus ei ole noudattanut omaa ilmastolakiaan, joten jouduimme tänään käynnistämään Suomen ensimmäisen ilmasto-oikeudenkäynnin.
Hallituksen olisi viimeistään ilmastovuosikertomuksen yhteydessä ollut välttämätöntä päättää lisätoimista nieluromahdukseen vastaamiseksi.
One of the things I keep hearing here, over and over, is that "new" people on this platform shouldn't complain about things they find confusing or that don't meet their needs.
That's exactly wrong. New users, who've not yet adapted themselves to possibly unworkable or inscrutable interfaces and limitations, are often in a unique position to have insights that old hands can no longer see.
Perhaps you're tired of hearing the same complaints over and over. But think about why people make them.
The best thing about the #twittermigration has been the exposure I’ve had to so many talented, intelligent people who have such meaningful thoughts.
My biggest fear is that the same fate that has befallen all things will also befall #Mastodon as more humans join… We somehow cannot, as beings, keep the simple, humble beginnings of an idea free of our hypocrisy and ill intent as we join exponentially. We are too flawed.
But can we try as Mastodonians, to remain civil and peaceful? Make it work
I love the idea of #BeReal. People posting their life on social media just as the way it is.
But the problem is that people don’t pay attention to their phone when they’re doing something interesting, which results in something like my upload history:
– Me in the store buying tofu.
– Me sitting on the tram.
– Me walking down the street.
– Me in a shopping center.
Of course I’m happy people focus on the stuff their doing as much as possible and not all the time on their phone.
