Yesterday, Congress refused to extend the child tax credit, even after its expiration forced millions of kids into poverty.
Today, the editors of The NY Times decided to platform this former GOP Hill staffer -- a self-described "director of poverty studies and a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute," a corporate funded think tank -- to make this disgusting argument pretending that denying help to poor families is good.
Corporate media is a big part of the problem in this country.
