The network is fully operational now, including the router, the POE switch and the servers. I’ve also planned to implement a VoIP phone.
That was really funny, even though changing the static IP of an Incus instance isn’t intuitive
It seems like magical to start working with #incus ! The bridge interface set up and the containers have their own IP addresses listening on the #network 👍
Incus seems like a great alternative to LXD for containerisation and VM management ! I’ll definitely try it in my #homelab for deploying the services I need

Due to the lack of trust in a third-party company, I've decided to rent a VPS to self-host #netbird and connect all my servers to my network. It seems to work pretty great ! I'll progressively add all the necessary resources to the network in order to work remotely on my own machines

What is the best way to connect to a local network from the outside internet ? Rather a #zero-trust network tunnel or a #VPN server ?
Here is the dilemma:
- using a zero-trust tunnel means to rely all the network data to a third-party company
- Implementing a VPN server opens a possible security breach in the network, compromising all my private data
I have 2 physical #servers in my #network with some services on them. Is it better to manage them with #kubernetes clusters or #docker containers and a #portainer instance ?

Furto al Louvre, la pura follia della password della video sorveglianza. Indovinate qual era!

Il museo più celebre del mondo finisce nell’occhio del ciclone non solo per il furto di gioielli di Napoleone dal valore stimato di 88 milioni di euro, ma

I finally installed Gentoo ! I don't know how much time will I keep it but, for the moment, it's very fun !
