Does anyone have any experience with the paperback program?
I'm trying to read a pdf with NVDA but virtually all the spaces between the words seem to have disappeared.
Thanks in advance.

At Blazie Technologies, we like to call BT Speak a pocket computer. It’s small, but every bit as powerful as the computers you already know. One of the things BT Speak does especially well is giving you efficient access to the Web. Even better, you’re not limited to just one browser, as you get two right out of the box: Firefox and Chromium. If you prefer something else, that’s possible too. Thanks to Linux and the open-source community, there are many other browsers that can be installed on BT S
I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

If you post a website link on Mastodon, remember to include https:// at the beginning so that it is clickable.
When you include https:// you get a clickable link like https://example.com and you may also see a link preview box below the post.
If you leave out https:// you just get a non-clickable address like example.com and no preview.
🤓 Special Bonus Tip For Nerds: You can also use other protocols for clickable links including gemini://, dat://, dweb://, gopher://, ipfs:// and ssb://
'Everyone can use Linux. What do you need Windows/MacOS for? Some stupid game you barely play anyway? Stupid MS office apps that your company makes you use?
I even got my granny to use Linux, one day I just swapped out her stupid windows and she never even noticed.'
I see a lot of that around here. It's blatantly not true, and no not *everybody* can just 'up and use linux' so easily.
Screen-reader users for example.
I'm happy some can be so blazé about it, but when a screen-reader is your gateway to the world of computing, jumping on the Linux bandwagon is neither simple nor as easy as pie.
