Better today than yesterday. Feeling physically and emotionally tired, but the fog has mostly cleared. Putting in the work (various therapy modalities & SSRIs) has made me more resilient, even when things put me off balance.

Dear ALL BUSINESSES EVER: Sending your customers a survey to rate their experience on a scale of 1-10 and telling them that anything less than 10 is a failing grade is a stupid waste of time for EVERYONE.
You learn NOTHING that might actually help your business and you make it clear to your customers that their opinions don't matter to you.
