[advice request; pls RT] How do you label yourself as a kind/collaborative colleague on your CV?
I mean - it is easy to see how many papers and awards one candidate has; but how do you distinguish yourself as a good colleague (or a decent human being for that matter)?
I'm trying to figure out solutions for future applications, after my current postdoc.

For my part - I work on model selection, phylogenetic algorithms, mixture models, and at the moment am mostly working on the problem of how you find >1 tree in a single alignment, e.g. our latest attempt https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.10.06.511210v1
