Bit grim&you deffo leave without your dignity!Nurse said that I’ll keep having abnormal smears because of auto immune disease-now I get it!My body isn’t randomly destroying itself&I’m better when I have an explanation 🤗I need to stress less apparently,ohh I wish!

Big shock⚡️Since I can’t exercise for sh*t due to this horrendous fatigue, my new thing is art 🖼️ Totally miss HIIT😕That was actually how I first began noticing my symptoms, I’d be high as a kite🪁after the workout but then a day or so later I’d be wiped out for 48 hours😕 I hate knowing I couldn’t do a class now😟 #chronicfatigue But painting is the new panting😮‍💨😝 I’m going to make that a new hashtag #paintingisthenewpanting
