@sprakeloos @magic_hat @synkr3tyk Ahahaha! I would think that 26 years active duty with 13 deployments into hot zones makes me pretty “educated” on the topic. The RoE are clear, and yes casualties ARE a part of war…and those aren’t always uniformed combatants
@wander1236 @magic_hat @micron @MissingThePt Not if you are towing anything above about 7000 pounds and need to drive more than 50 miles away
@[email protected] @magic_hat Good grief YES! Have you read the hateful, prejudice, and racist comments on this thread?
@sprakeloos @magic_hat @synkr3tyk Killing people during war is not a war crime or crime against humanity. It IS however, a crime to kill over 1200 unarmed civilians during peacetime in an unprovoked attack. It is also an international crime, during war or peace, to discharge firearms whilst parachuting.
@freemo His-story would be in a similar bucket
@Professor_Stevens @[email protected] @GrrlScientist Wow! Lots of hate here. I suppose Tzu was wrong when he theorized that being educated and wise minimizes the wind of hate & anger emotions that extinguish the flame of reason.
@freemo Why is there not an option for “uncertain”? My unit returned fire many times, and kept moving to our objective after they stopped firing. We have no clue if they ran away, we're killed, ran out of ammo, etc…
Just an anecdotal example to support the “uncertain” option.
@sprakeloos @synkr3tyk It’s called war! Hamas initiated it, and they can end it at any moment by surrendering, but they dont...and wont. Why is that? Why would they want to continue to see their brothers in arms being killed daily?
It isn't hard to see the Hamas strategy…and you fall into it with both feet like a dancing chicken
@blogoklahoma They will do anything they can to get the illegal immigramt vote…including starving thousands of people with brown skin - just for reelection.
Its gross.
@houstonpublicmedia We didn’t realize that the state of Texas employs teachers. We’ve always thought that the respective independent school districts employ (and pay) teachers.
When did this change?
