He is creating the conditions for Congress to declare a state of war?

#Technofacists and #bigtech are screwing our brains with social media.

... what really annoys me is that in #Europe we are still so divided and are still debating whether we should have a single #European defense. Why can we.not overcome our nationalisms. I am a patriot and love my country but i also understand that my fellow #Europeans share my same history and destiny and together we are stronger. Far right populists are dividing us and are selling us the wrong messages.
@Squig
What I don't understand is how can two single men decide whether war can be declared withour checks and balances. What happened to the #UN? How did we get here? Have we not learnt from history, even recent history? The truth is that the west has relied on #US to keep the peace and world order and us #Europeans have been at the window watching. #Cina realised 20-30 years ago that the world didn't have to go the #America way. #Europe has only now woken up, several decades too late.
@Squig
#Israel and #US don't care about # Europe. As always Europe is sutting and watching. This is like the Iraq war that was justified by mass destruction chemical weapons and nobody evere found any.

For anarchism to work, every individual would have to prioritise the well being of the planet and the human species above their own security and safety. That will never happen, even if every individual were highly educated. Something will have to change though ... very few are getting too rich and too many too poor.
@joenepraat
Glad there is such a detailed FAQ. In concept anarchism is a great idea but fundamentally it wouldn't work. There are many reasons but one of the main ones being that humans are fundamentally competitive beasts. There will always be an imposition on someone from someone.
In nature, this is a well established principle (wolves, lion, etc.).
And btw, I define myself as centrist, neither conservative, nor progressive. I just believe in shades of grey and compromise at the base of human society.
Today I learnt a new term: conservadox
Wikipedia suggests that the term is rooted in regilion, so I'm wondering where the boundaries lie. If someone define themselves as conservadox, can you also define yourself as atheist? I'd aporeciate someone shinning light on my deep ignorance. Its probably also because of the mental stereotype in my mind where i tend to associate conservative people generally being non-atheist, but i understand that cultural differences come in pkat too.
