If you're annoyed by all these open source projects using AI, my Friend @alexia at the Starlight Network wrote and maintains a list of free software projects that reject AI usage in their projects.
Starlight Network No-AI list
It'd be nice if you, the user, could choose whether or not you want to destroy the environment (amongst many other things) when using free and open source software, and I sincerely hope this will help you find a solution/work something out!

I don't mean the "hmmm a hardware keyboard would be need" kind, but more in the sense of "okay we need some kinda touch display. what are possible options, benefits of using them and drawbacks".
