@SrRochardBunson All we need is selflessly compassionate service to all our fellow human beings to be our rule, instead of the exception as it is now. From consumption to waste to everyday kindness to strangers, we need to throw off the shackles of inertia that keep people blind to the suffering of others. The reason that there are homeless is that not enough people care. It is that simple.

And the end of it all, how we treat those who are in our in-group does not weigh as heavily as how we treat the rest of humanity. @JaneRLaForge And quite a few of us are horrific tragedies or monstrous villains. We each have the potential to be either. It takes honest self-reflection and moral courage to overcome our societies' shortcomings in order to become a fully conscious human being enbued with selfless compassion for all human beings. Most human beings don't give a shit, which is why this world is such shit. All our problems are caused by the lack of love, and only selfless, loving service can fix them.

I know a door we are all invited to go through, through which there is the most important knowledge you can ever learn, and is guaranteed to transform you. Note that standing at the threshold and just peering through and learning some things intellectually is not enough, because you are the one who is going to transform yourself, you'll just have help.
