I came here to say….I outlined EVERY scene for my book over thanksgiving break (I’m a full-time teacher) It’s now Christmas break, and apparently in 2022 I still don’t know how to save documents properly…..
After I finished crying and assuming this is a sign from the universe that my book was/is awful. I don’t even know where to start

Also on an incredibly positive note….I finished plotting my story last night, so happy I literally danced in my kitchen.
I had been stuck trying to connect my love triangle so I’ve been avoiding writing for days now. I didn’t even want to write scenes anymore because I felt like they were going to be useless once I figured out where I was going.
But I did it, and it’s a beautiful modern story I cannot wait to finish telling. #romancelandia #writers #RomanceReaders #bipoclove #LGBTQRomance
@lovekrys I do a couple things. 1) Get clarity on the project, outlining characters’ goals/motivations/flaws/obstacles/core misbelief/lesson they need to learn. 2) Create a scene-by-scene outline so I have a map to follow and don’t have to think so much while creating. 3) Write in 15-min sprints, to minimize overwhelm & know I can walk away if I start to feel like things are going off the rails.
