Anyone know a good way to make #Gnome's "this program is not responding" dialog less aggressive? When I tell it I want to wait for the program to respond, that really shouldn't mean "pop back up one second later".
Also, sometimes it thinks a program is hanging when it's just waiting for me to pick a file, which interferes with me picking a file, which is very counterproductive.

The "just following orders" crowd deserve justice, not death.
Ten people face attempted murder charges after a shooting outside a Texas immigration detention center. Acting U.S. Attorney Nancy Larson says the group, dressed in black military-style clothing, staged the “planned ambush” on Friday. A local police officer was shot in the neck but has since been treated and released. Larson said Monday the group used fireworks to lure U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel outside the center in Alvarado, where they opened fire. Weapons, body armor, and anti-ICE materials were found at the scene. Some suspects were arrested nearby. They were armed and wearing tactical gear. Larson says they face multiple charges, including attempted murder and firearm offenses.

On our side of the pond, I wanted to go visit family. Plane? $400/2.5 hours. Train? $2,000+ and 40+(!!!) hours.
So, I emailed #AOPA about their endorsement of the Republican budget bill.
Their response was, basically, "We like Air Traffic Control funding and ignored everything else in the bill."
When I pointed out that the "everything else" included funding concentration camps which should have been a red line, they said "I understand and respect your position." and ended the conversation.
If you don't want your membership dues funding this, cancel now.
