@sean_ae @trainvids @quails @eko_ @elifyalvac @chorist @Kama11 Sean I caught the live show last November and the section around the 75 minute mark, embedded here, has been with me ever since. I have been listening to your work since the late 90s and I still cannot quite explain how you keep finding new ground, but you do, every time, and that night was proof of it. Thank you for everything you have put into this over the years and for still making live shows feel like a genuine event. Really hoping a hi-res recording of this set sees a release at some point because it deserves to be heard properly. Cheers and keep doing what you are doing.
@Kama11 hey. Do you post longer screen captures of your max/msp patches? Would be cool to see those. Keep up the great work
@sean_ae the Nord Modular era Princeton 2001 gig is amazing. There’s only poor bitrate recordings available and if you happen to have a soundboard of that it would be super awesome to be able to buy it. Cheers
@sean_ae I’ve now listened to 51 hours of the 2025 ae live shows. Thoroughly enjoyed it! But I can understand how daunting it must be to go through all those recordings and adjust/master it! 😩
@sean_ae really looking fwd to the Sound Design 888 recordings of the live sets :) Visited your show and absolutely loved it! Amazing work on the percussion and drums, the timing is just incredibly satisfying to listen to. Markov Chain sequencer? HNY
@sean_ae just like the sysex files for Elektron, wouldn’t it be nice with a little max patch on autechre.ws for Christmas? 😃
Ae booked in for 2026 in London. See you there!
@sean_ae hi! new here on mastodon, but a long-time fan of ae since the 90s :) went to your show in Bristol and it was so awesome! had a chance to meet with Rob after the show. lol i still remember your email at dircon.co.uk we discussed some Jitter stuff trying to replicate certain effects by an innovative videographer in the 80s. again - thank you and keep up the great work!
