@Jameslew My 10 inch chefs knives. I have three of them with different height blades. Working the new Mercer Chinese chef knife into the mix. Other than those, it's your standard paring knife or the serrated one for bread.

@silphium I use miso quite a bit in cooking, but the time commitment for fermenting it is pretty long and I don't go through it that fast . Koji looks interesting and I have been trying to learn more about it. Slow going right now due to life and such.

@shuffler A good choice! I just picked up a couple of bunches of asparagus when I only needed one. In fermenting now with garlic and some hot peppers from friends in Mexico. Hopefully it will turn out tasty.

@shuffler Streaming on Paramont+ if you have it. Only show with 100% on Rotten Tomatoes that I know of. Only one season, so easily bingeable

@shuffler Marie Curie after the character in Clone High (remember that one from 2000s MTV?). Brilliant and sweet, just a bit misshapen.
