I remember seeing the Challenger shuttle disaster in school in either 1st or 2nd grade.
But I wasn’t in 1st grade in January 1986, my 1st grade was a year later.
THEY SHOWED US A REPLAY.
I want to make an indie #Battlefield clone, but where all the guns are .17 or .22 caliber. TTK is super high, and most gunfights end with combatants having to disengage to treat their pain and bleeding states.

Found a streaming radio station that speaks to me: AD_FINITUM (https://www.adfinitum.org). Moves seamlessly between industrial, dark ambient, neoclassical, doom metal, drone, gothic, darkwave, medieval, and the like.
“Audio for the End of the World”. Reminds me of long-defunct podcast Aural Apocalypse.
