I love mini pie things. I used to mix parmesan cheese with pie crust, put it in a mini muffin thing, then filling it with various things after baking them. Different cheeses or other fillings, whatever occured to me at the time, used them as appetizer things to bring to office parties and such.

I certainly appreciate your choice. I do so love my traditional menu, basically only once a year, turkey, dressing, gravy that I will probably continue to have it once a year. Of course the best part is, so far, this is a choice that is allowed, either way. Carry on. 😋
