Ok you asked me to report back.
This was amazing. My guests got delayed by weather. I had already started the turkey. Despite the fact that I kept in warming drawer under oven, for 2 hrs, this turkey was still moist, tender and over all prob the best turkey I've made that I can remember. I WILL be doing it this way for turkey or even just chicken from now on.
