If the US is doing that kind of shit rn, then I am definitely throwing my iPhone for good.
How does commission based salaries work to be the most optimal? If the base salary is too low, the employees would be too aggressive on pushing their products and affect user experience. If the base salary is too high, they become weary of pushing products.
