The thing you're describing I think is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Programme_Delivery_Control ? Which seems to have the part responsible for handling the sports delays and all

@Fruan You could probably get away with tweaking the definition of a permanent _card_ to include typeless cards? The rules are already clear that permanents that somehow lose all their types are still permanents.
@Fruan Can't cast something without a casting cost, but the usual cascade or other tricks get around that. I think it might break just in terms of cr.608 giving instructions on how to resolve permanents and instants/sorceries/abilities but has no case for something that's neither.
@Fruan Huh. Blank card is probably relatively fine from a rules perspective, and I suspect you could pull some shenanigans to make a typeless, ability-less permanent, but could you do anything with a blank card other than draw/discard it?

Saw a post mentioning using automated tools to transcribe and summarize various types of business meeting and that was the absolute first time I thought "oh, this is a practical, useful, valuable use for 'AI', I'd want this for work purposes".

Maybe not technically "generative" AI. Or even "AI". but whatever.
