@JSAMcFarlane @chandlerc @aras For us, it’s complicated. Getting everything ready for modules, including dependencies, it’s a nightmare. Moreover we do support Apple Clang.
@aras @chandlerc What we (ALICE Experiment at CERN) see is actually an improvement in compile time for our stuff, whenever concepts are used over SFINAE or similar pre C++20 tricks. I would be interested in knowing if you experience the same, once / if you get to it.
I laughed out loud at this response.
I do not trust software written by others anymore, because i don’t trust their ability to master AI contributions. I only trust software written by AI which I reviewed. We are doomed.
A silent year in Mastodon 😶
But now I'm feeling (a little) better and I'm working on a (not so) new #gamedev project in #godot 🐧 With #cardboard environments and characters 📦 It's so much fun and fits so well with my work that I really wonder why I didn't think of it sooner 🤦🏾
Next steps: more researchs IRL and in #blender 📐

I heard last week that the physics teacher of the daughter of one of my colleagues told the daughter that girls who do their nails don’t do physics. Sigh.

So, here are the nails of an internationally leading particle physics professor. My nails.

Don’t believe the gatekeepers! #womeninSTEM

okay which of you did this

“I think I know how to use passwords securely, so passkeys are annoying and nobody should use them.” is tech-speak for, “I don’t care about the online account security of other people.”, or more succinctly, “I don’t care about other people.”

People overestimate their competence and underestimate the cost of phishing and credential stuffing. Individuals having to learn to use password management software and be vigilant against phishing is an industry failure, not a personal success.
