@[email protected] it's especially common for people to try to portray indigenous and latina trans women as white to discredit their opinions in addition to hitting them with the usual degendering/misgendering that all trans women face. I am a white trans woman but I am very close with several trans women of color and I see people pull this on them all the time and it pisses me off to no end. Good post <3.
