There's a widespread belief that #haskell's module system is hierarchical. It isn't. The file system used to store modules is hierarchical, to the module system `Control.Monad` is just a name with dots.

@alice I refuse to do age verification out of privacy concerns, but also I don't know how to use a VPN. Now I have to ask my children for adult material.
