Microsoft AD and M365 (English - US) make basically no exceptions for names outside of Anglo-centric "Given Name, Family Name" format.
Quite literally systematically disrespecting/oppressing minorities.
One time I ordered a $10 sub sandwich with delivery and handed the guy a $20 bill. I said "thanks, and the change?" To which he responded with wide eyes "REALLY?" This was a pretty noisy environment, and I was speaking pretty quietly.
He proceeded to hop back in his car, and I haven't seen him since.
So to the delivery guy with an accidental 50% tip; live free.
