Some flying neighbors came to visit and hunt in the rain today. Hello there #grackle! #birdsofmastodon
Picking up sticks in the front yard yesterday, I realized as I walked around—no, lumbered 😉 is more like it—how little time I spend in that space. Getting down close to the land, I saw so much. I sensed different textures beneath my bare feet. I recognized Oak by their fallen acorns. Their branches played with my hair and I wondered if trees tell each other jokes. I traced thick roots of Sugar Maple to where they dove beneath the surface, and wondered how far they spread below. #earthday

Please help trans kids in New Hampshire.
There is no logical reason why puberty blockers would be safe for someone with precocious puberty, but dangerous and illegal for a trans youth.

There’s no logical reason why breast implants are just fine for a 16-year-old cis youth, but dangerous and illegal for a young trans person.

If we’re going to pretend that these medical interventions are dangerous and unnecessary why are we allowing some children to get them? When this was heard in the house committee people brought this up and it was never addressed. No one answered these questions.

Maybe when it’s heard in the Senate they will, except they can’t because it’s bullshit.

You can go online and oppose these at any point up until 11:59 PM on Wednesday, I’ve been told it’s more effective to get it in there before the hearing, but if you do that you can’t address some of the nonsense they say in the hearing. So sometimes I like to wait.

Please help. THE PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THE SENATE SITE ARE NOT AS ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC AS THE HOUSE, BUT BE CAREFUL. There is a way for the public to see them, I don’t know how to do it and I think it involves specifically asking for it. But the weirdos might do that so be careful.

Edited to add the link to the YouTube channel, in case anyone wants to watch their nonsense so they can come up with specific rebuttals:

Anybody else sick of feeling like they’re in a rut? What did you do, or are you doing, to get out of it?

I’m not sure how I fell into it, or why it feels so comfy, and I can see that there’s loveliness beyond when I stand up and peek out. It’s all blurry and unfocused and seemingly in the distance but there’s something about it all that calls to me.

Time to start clawing my way out. I will erode the walls so that the slope is manageable again.

May your next morning sun rise on a kingfisher.

I drew a snail hunkering down in its shell! (relatable 😅)

Usually I draw with black fineliners, but this time I tried out some dark brown ones, and I really like the warmer feel they give the drawing.

The original Dear Abby was a badass, esp for her time, she was a champion for queer acceptance in her column and was very big on telling parents to listen and accept their children instead of punishing and fighting with them. But also this response is a banger. Top 10 advice columnist responses of all time.
My dear friend @Phasenmensch made these stickers and I love them so, so much.
