when John Lennon told me to imagine no possessions I just don't think he was envisioning a world where everything in my life is available only through a subscription-based model because the costs of personal property have been intentionally placed beyond my reach
The Twitter link removal update is out on iOS (plus some other minor fixes). Android will be updated tomorrow.

Since "moving" instances is stupid and I might as well have 2 accounts, is the peoplemaking games instance even smaller than this one? Is it better?

Or should I just make one on mastodon social, because the decentralised social media site actually works better when it's centralised?

Ugh, curating the people you follow on mastodon is a pain...

Can we just...

Can we just agree that social media was a failed experiment, that we don't need them, and they can all shut down now?

Oh Mastodon, you so funny...
Copy pasting the same things onto multiple social media sites feels dirty...
Yes, copyright law sucks, but it would suck even more if it didn't apply the one time it could work against the entities it was made to protect.
I think this works.

I'm replacing the Twitter link in our game's main menu with a link to our website. Cool.

So... what is an icon that says... "website"? Googling shows a "globe" like icon, which is very similar to what the "change language" button is in mobile keyboards, which is... weird and confusing?

Do I literally just write "Website"?

Or do I put the "K" we have as our company logo and hopefully people understand that tapping it will open the website?

We have a twitter link in the main menu of our game...

What do I replace it with?

Nothing, no link at all
