Our GP practice has gone full Vogon.
You can no longer phone to book.
You must complete an online Patient Triage Form.
This form is only available from 7am each day, until they can no longer process any more forms.
The number of forms they can process is undefined. So on some days they turn the page off earlier, some days later.
The form is around a dozen questions.
I got a brief glimpse at it today.
