@Bam @GottaLaff @WizardBear @Teri_Kanefield and if he posts a bond then loses the appeal, who pays the judgement? Is there a point where this escalates to criminal proceedings, if he follows his usual pattern of reneging on obligations?

If someone issues him a bond, will their identity be public?

@Teri_Kanefield How will the evolving scheduling conflicts between trials get resolved? Is there a process that they can game, or is it just up to the judges acting independently on the parties' requests?

@felix It's a question of legislative rules and tactics: can the house pass legislation by discharge petition and majority vote, even if the beheld speaker and rules committee oppose it with every tool available?
